Modern American Literature

The course is intended not to only consolidate students'previous knowledge on the study and analyses of modernist literary texts from a thematic point of view, but to enable students approach specifically modernist American literature from a broader perspective. To meet this end, this course emphasizes the most influential schools of thought that have impacted modernist literary works which will eventually enable students study literary texts from a literary criticism perspective.
